Our Qualified Craftsmen remove all the protruding
trims, lamps and decorative items ready to be replaced
after the installation is finished. The aluminium
starter rail is installed at the base of your home
to ensure a clean and tidy finished edge, with a
pronounced weather drip to prevent rain water
tracking back to your home.
The tongue and grooved insulation boards are then set
in place and mechanically fixed to the out side of
your home and then prepared for rendering with impact

of renderand then a fibre glass mesh is embedded.
After this process the second coat of render is
applied and then left to carbonate for 5 - 10 days
as recommended by the industry.
Our final render is specially formulated from silicon's
and marble granules, it is water repellent, frost
resistant and U.V. protected, to ensure a maintentance
free finish in a large range of colours.
Alternatively you can choose our unique READYBOARD
system which gives the same benefits and saving
as all external wall insulation systems that are used
in the park home industry today. The insulation process
involves using the new insulation board READYBOARD designed
and manufactured in factory conditions ensuring consistant
quality, which provides a water tight, thermal barrier
giving you a warm and dry home throughout.
The READYBOARD external insulation system can be installed
in two days so dramatically reducing the cost and
disruption to the customer.
Our unique READYBOARD systems cost less than all the other
insulation systems in the Park Homes industry and brings your
park home up to the same insulation standards as new homes.
